Boost and VS2013
Just an FYI for anyone who uses or might use VS2013 and boost there is an issue with boost not recognizing VS2013's version.
You can either apply a bunch of patches http://lists.boost.org/Archives/boost/2013/07/204953.php
or pull the source from svn or git where it seems enough patches have been merged to allow boost to build. This one https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/8758 isn't in the repos yet but it's an easy manual fix.

I won't even bother installing the Preview version -- I'm waiting for the real thing.
I hope to God they won't postpone its release until after C++14 comes out.

I heard a rumor that it will come out around the same time that windows 8.1 will come out which is supposed to be "In time for the holidays".
