need help writing a shell script

i want to write a shell script to download nightly releases of combofix (yes i know its windows, but i use it for av on client computers) from bleeping computer.com. my initial thought was to wget it from their ftp server, but its password protected and anonymous didnt work. is there another way to do it over http?
