Tutorial with progress tracking

Do u know free site that teaches C++ with your progress tracking? It doesn't matter what programming level, although I would prefer one that is intermediate to advanced.

Why not make a program that can keep track of your progress of learning C++? It might be a good project to learn C++ also. A console program would work but a GUI would be best. Some common features might be a study tracker, a project tracker, timer which keeps track of how much time you study, a calendar to plan your studying, reference section to hold all your reference materials, ect.

I did a project like it when I was learning and it was quite fun actually and I still use it daily.
