Where can I get the compiler for the Zombie programming language?

AFAIK there are not any compilers for ZOMBIE. How ever there is an interpreter for it in python. http://esolangs.org/wiki/User:Marinus/ZOMBIE_interpreter

You can create one in c++ if you wish though shouldn't be too hard of a task.
