Microsoft Visual Equivalent

Hi, I'm a student and this upcoming semester we're switching from learning C++ to JAVA. For C++ we've been using Microsoft Visual Express 2010 to write all of our programs for our assignments.

What's the equivalent of that for JavaScript, JQuery, and JAVA? And HTML and CSS for that matter if you guys don't mind.

Something I can write/practice some simple code and compile it quickly? Money isn't an issue if the program to write code on is paid.

I've used netbeans and code::blocks for java. They are alright. I've heard good things about eclipse too, especially for android programming.

Eclipse is the one to go with. I used to program in java and eclipse won there
Eclipse. I use it to write all of the languages you just listed, with the addition of XML.
