Rename account

As the title says. Can I have my account renamed? The majority of my accounts on other sites are named Andrei15193 and I would like to fully standardize this for myself. So can I have my account renamed from LilJoe to Andrei15193?

Twicker has done this in the past. Just IM him and ask nicely. This is of course assuming that tag isn't already taken, even if you are the one who created it before I'm sure he won't change your tag in that case.
