I would like to know where I could find a good Windows assembly tutorial. I have looked it up but all that I find is DOS crap. I want it to be aimed at beginners but not to simplistic. in order to find a tutorial that matches my level (somewhere around lvl 0.55) I will list what I do know I know basic arithmetic I know how to use mov I know how to use xchng I know how to use in general I know most simple commands here is what I need to learn basic registers (eax, esp, esi, ebp) and what hey are for push I'm not sure exactly what this is, but I've seen it used to pass args I know this is really specific but I don't want a bunch of junk that I already know but I don't want something too hard ps. I'd like it to be with NASM if not that MASM please try to avoid FASM

As for push, that's when you push something onto the stack, to be pop'd later. Assembly is a stack-based language - you should go look that up.

Visual C++ supports NASM. And I'm currently still learning... :) EDIT : Find a reference book. You should get some basic assembly knowledge, not about a specific assembly language. Google is the best friend. Just type simple words (Note "PDF"), and if you need help just ask here... :)
