Form 8863 Education Credit - No return yet!!

Has anybody else who's filed a 8863 education credit form with their taxes, here in America, received their tax return money yet?

I filed my taxes January 22nd and I STILL haven't got my taxes yet as of March 3rd 2013. I'm getting frustrated and just wanted to know if anybody else was in the same boat as me?
