open RTSP in android

Hi, guys, I have make a open source project of rtsp stream playing in android.

It has features:

1, rtsp stream playing.
2, rtsp stream acquiring.
3, auto reconnecting for rendering when interrupted. (todo)
4, get rtsp url through ip camera onvif protocol. (todo)
5, add ptz function. (todo)
