How to do graphics programming in linux?

I actually need to try to rebuild my project which was in CPP on windows platform,to Linux platform.
The problem is that I am not able to get corresponding element for graphics.h header file in here, as my project consisted of building a compiler for graphics programming, which would generate 3D-models with great ease, and can transform it as commanded by user.
So can I get some help regarding this issue.
Here are a few options

OpenGL
Allegro
SFML
SDL

What, graphics.h? That's a DOS library, you know.
