Split a bank queue into three lines

Alright, I have a homework assignment that I've been working on. I obviously don't want it done for me, but I am stuck and I could use some help. The following is the code:

Actually I can't put the code in here as the main .cpp file is over the max character limit of the forums. If anyone would be willing to allow me to PM them the files, and then just get me on the right track. I've managed to make it keep track of each line separately but I can't get it to do more than two departures no matter how many people enter the bank.
