Visual Studios Error Message Please help

I'm trying to launch my project in visual studios but this is the message I get:

The project "Game_1" cannot be started directly.
In order to debug this project, you must consume it from a Windows Store app project that creates a package and is marked as the Startup Project.

I need help, I don't know what to do in order to get my project to launch.

You created the wrong type of project - copy your code and paste it into a new BLANK project. Don't use Win32, Console, or any other type, just Blank.

The project was done in monogame, can you still copy the files and paste it on a blank project?
