gcc 4.3.2 (or greater) with dev-cpp 4.9.9.2?

how can I get gcc 4.3.2 (or greater) to work with dev-cpp 4.9.9.2?
I want to do this because gcc 4.3.2 has support for omp (OpenMP) I need this to improve the speed of a game I am writing.

please help or suggest "easy-to-use" alternatives to omp.
The current version of gcc is 4.4.2, dev-cpp isn't good get a different IDE http://www.cplusplus.com/forum/articles/7263/
Is likely that new IDEs ship newer versions of the compiler
Devcpp has got a very bad debugger, it sucks. Get on Code :: Blocks or MinGW Developer Studio (that's really great!) .
How is the debugger bad?
