Getting stuck at the first using the cpp

Hi I am start using this github https://github.com/tyolab/MT4-Manager-API-1/tree/master/Examples/TradeLogin

At the monent get stuck , how to pass parameter to the program when start run it?

The help tells you.

> printf("usage: TradeLogin.exe server login password account_from account_to\n");

At your console prompt, type TradeLogin.exe and 5 more things representing your server login password etc.

Eg
TradeLogin.exe 127.0.0.1 123 opensesame 456 789
