Hello all, does anyone know about a library called 'utility64.lib'? I already searched for it in my computer and in the internet, but I found no references to it!

I'm trying to compile a code that is not mine (EBBA Facial Expression and voice syntesis). Also if somebody already know and compiled successfully this project, if could help me.
