Reading in a text file randomly

Hi all,

I currently have a project where we are supposed to read in a file three different ways - using GUI and assigning the file to three different textboxes, I have completed two of three as the third one is suppose to be read in randomly.. any tips or hints? I've tried the rotate class but it didn't pan out to what I've wanted... is there even a rotate class in visual c++ .net?
