Creating dialogue from DLL under Windows XP

Good afternoon! I'm trying to create a dialog box from a DLL. The window is created and everything works fine under Windows 7, but under Windows XP dialog is not active and all controls as it shifted down. What am I doing wrong? I ask your professional help. | |
