This is probably very simple for a lot of you, but I am so lost trying to compile this program using a library I downloaded. The library is from http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/98355/SMTP-Client-with-SSL-TLS it has nearly 5 stars, so I know it should work, but I can't figure out how to get it to work. If someone can step me through it I can pay some paypal.

you can't attach files here. i suggest doing one of these:
- creating a github repo
- pasting source to pastebin
- put the zip on media fire
- put the zip on dropbox

What version of visual studio are you using? It compiles directly with VS 2010. I haven't tried to run it.
