Sudenly I am having a lot of spam in my gmail account

Hi,

This happened me recently, around 3 or 4 weeks ago. I am applying for jobs and I have subscribed to a lot of job boards but until now I had control of spam in my gmail account. When I receive spam, I usually unsuscribe and works fine but I don't know what happened, I get lots of spam about pills to sleep, and other health related spam. Unuscribing is not working at all, I still get lots of spam every day. Every spam comes from United States. How can I stop this frustrating massive spam?

You could use an email provider who supports throw-away alias addresses.
