1. you try to do the homework
2. then if you still have trouble, you study your course material and try to learn how to do it.
3. if still, you look up on google to search for what you are having trouble with.
4. Then if you are in dire need post to the general programming or beginners forum
5. Clarify what exactly the homework is, and what bits you hard having trouble with, as well as any code or attempts you made.
