How to Network for Projects
How do I get myself out there that I'm interested in doing something. I go to a university, not a large one with many experienced students my age, but I feel the urge to work in a team project. Whats the best way to get my name and idea out there? I'm not a senior and I doubt I could get seniors to help me do what I want to do when they are caught up with graduating and senior projects. It seems like there aren't enough people in my program who do Computer Science just because they like it, there are some but they are older and I'm not sure they are willing to invest time into something long term because they have obligations. How do I meet the right people per-se in a small operation.
Find open source projects on sites like Github and Sourceforge and put your own projects up.
