 Windows Programming with C++

Where can I find a good tutorial on how to program Window's? An E-book would be even better.
I thought I had found one, but onces I got it all put to gether, it didn't even work! (No, no errors in my code that the tutorial didn't make)
I'd also like it to be recent enought to where it'll work with Windows 7.
