That there is windows installed on your laptop in the first place?
Most of these seem to be system administration or user problems, not a programming problem.

Press Alt + F4 to access the Shut Down Windows dialog box and select “Shut down” from the drop-down list.
Press Windows + L to lock the screen, or log out. ...
Run the following command : shutdown -s -t 0.
To COMPLETELY disable the updates on Shutdown, you might want to try the procedure here:
