possible??

I don't have cd or dvd drive
i want to install linux from disk image
after installation by running it is it possible from Linux to delete my windows vista completely?
yes... bootable flashdrives are the way to go. i suggest Linux Mint. However, during installation of any os you should be able to format the drive and delete older partitions
i mean think that you are in linux then can you delete vista by deleting its files ?will it remove vista completely?
bootable flashdrives?how to make my flashdrive bootable any free programs?
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/USB_Flash_Installation_Media#Using_Universal_USB_Installer
obviously skip the arch-specific parts

To completely remove vista you can delete the C: partition, but that would leave you with free space.
You probably want to reformat it. This will leave most of the data intact, but the OS can't see it anymore, so it will slowly be overwritten as you write other data.
Thanks
Backup your data first. This is a horribly common mistake because you get so excited when you are switching to a new OS.
I think using bootable flashdrives is the best option in my case since I have no dvd drive
