RNA polymerase could be it. It converts stored source code (gene) into object code (messenger RNA) that translates into executables (proteins).

Pizza is input data ... and you know the output of human algorithm ...
Sensory information would be input. Our brain is the hard disk and CPU. Our heart is the power supply unit.. and veins and nerves are the cables.
