I don't think it is, but it still gets used, though it usually sounds like "shouldn't-of".

Perhaps "I go at midnight" for the succeeding midnight, and "I went at midnight" for the preceding one.

Actually, the double-contraction is "legal" -- if you consider contractions legal. ;-)
"Couldn't've" is one of those corner cases in English, and reflects how a lot of people actually speak.

学習（がくしゅう） is a noun and you need します to make it into a verb. Though to be honest I would use something like 勉強（べんきょう） instead. And the final part is ungrammatical. When using 下さい（ください） for "please," you have to proceed it with the "te form" for the verb. In this case, 許して.
